Membership Information
Our County Policy includes having all enrollment forms must go through club organizational leaders
This helps 4-H families, Club Leaders, and the Extension Office to all be on the same page.
While enrollment forms are made available with 4-H Club Leaders, some standard forms are available here.
Remember: For your enrollment to be complete, you must submit an enrollment form and an event release form.

- Adult Volunteer - Working With Minors Training Access Instructions
All 4-H Volunteers are required to complete the training, 4-H Working With Minors, each year prior to working with youth. Annual training renewal will begin each October 1st when enrollments begin. All 4-H Volunteers must have successfully completed training to be eligible to register for any 4-H event. Use attached instructions to access and complete the online training option.

I wanted to share this great reference material with you and hope it helps when you are accessing 4-H Zsuites for NMSU-Rio Arriba County 4-H.
Ordering Project Materials
The links below will take you to fillable order forms for project materials. Project description manual link is below also. Projects like livestock, baking, sewing etc require you to be entered in the project in order to enter that project in the fair, so please follow the Rio Arriba County Fair Rule Book for these guidelines at: racfa.net
Please follow these steps:
- Enter projects in 4-H Zsuites. Deadline is February 16th, 2024
- Complete lists of projects are in the links below. Return that list to your Club Leader
- Club Leaders please get Project Materials List to the Extension office by February 23, 2024
- ONLINE-ONLY materials will be loaded on jump drives for each family. $3.00 each. More than 15 hard copy projects per family will be $1.00 each.
