Rio Arriba County Fair Livestock Forms
Rio Arriba County Fair Bred and Raised Shows are governed by the Rio Arriba County Fair Association. Below are the guidelines for each show. Questions should be directed to RACFA Chair Amy Tainter at amytainter@yahoo.com.
Rio Arriba County Fair Health Forms
Livestock Exhibitors will be asked to complete a health form for each animal exhibited during the Rio Arriba County Fair. This is part of the Wholesome Meat Act.

Before entering any New Mexico county or state fair, all in-state junior livestock (cattle, sheep, goats and swine) to be shown must have application of an approved 2021 NM Youth Exhibitor Fair Tag by an Extension Agent, FFA Advisor or designated Fair personnel and have a New Mexico Livestock Board (NMLB) Form 1 Inspection.
